Black Rooster Décor sells only the highest quality products and inspects each piece before shipping your order. Many of our items are hand finished, repurposed and / or feature reclaimed materials.

Many of our products now ship FREE within continental USA.

We specialize in shipping within Canada and offer free shipping to all Ontario residents.

Black Rooster Décor will ship your order via common carrier or ground carton carrier. We will determine the best method of shipping based on order value, weight and volume. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing shipping information along with a tracking number. An additional charge will be applied to your order confirmation noting all applicable combined sales tax rates based upon the location to which the order is being shipped.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

Order Status
Lead times vary depending on items purchased. Items in stock ship within 7 business days, however some items may not ship for 3-4 weeks, or longer.  On average, most orders ship within one week. When we have processed your order, you will receive notification via email. We will also notify you when your item is shipped or if an item is backordered.

Heavy items may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding when you will receive your order.

Payments
All prices are in US dollars. All orders are shipped under prepaid conditions. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. All payment information is encrypted during transmission and storage, so that data is private and secure.

Claims
Damages, shortages and defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods.  Please keep all original packaging for 5 days after damage is reported. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5 day period. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item.

Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less original shipping and handling and return shipping charges.

If for any reason you need to return an item that included free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced at no additional shipping cost.

Non-eligible Items for Return

Wall art, lighting, rugs, pillows, throws, commercial orders and custom/personalized and marked Special ORDER orders are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return.
